Moving Forward.. Hopefully..

So I’m currently I’m making $400-$500 a day! I don’t know how it’s possible but for some reason things are moving forward as planned.

I have outsourced a lot of my tedious work. I have automated a few other things and I think it’s paying off. I think the main thing that’s doing it is providing a self-service product. Keeping myself out of the picture by offering a HelpDesk which I’m working to outsource and a know it all FAQ page. I think the FAQ page is doing it. It’s answering the common questions people usually ask before they buy.. so now instead of wasting my time by asking a question or not asking at ALL and not buying.. they get their answer and just buy instead. I put this on my main product page so far and I’m going to expand it over to a couple more product pages and see what happens!

I was using pbworks.com as my todo list and general area to organize my thoughts. It’s a great platform and it did it’s job. But now I moved over to toodledo.com which is a real todo list and it syncs with all my other devices which is making myself more productive.

Lately I have not felt as motivated as usual. Dealing with virtual assistants isn’t as hands off as you would think. I have two virtual assistants and one main programmer I work with. The programmer is very time consuming as I have to approve each step of progress. The virtual assistants kind of do their own thing but they’re so efficient I have to sit down and write out a new task for them just about every day. I have one really great assistant too, and at only $3 an hour I can’t go wrong. Maybe I’m just being lazy.

So my strategy so far is to remove tasks from my to-do list that are not part of my goals. This is easy to do with toodledo goals. If an item on my to-do list does not fit under one of my listed goals.. I have to think real hard about if it’s going to help me or just slow me down. If it slows me down and I can’t outsource it I have to remove it.

That’s an update for now.. so far so good!
